Ms. Antonia Laquan Mosley was born January 20, 1987, to the parentage of Carrie A. Spearman and Erick Brown, Sr. Antonia was affectionately called "Laquan" by her family. Her eternal rest began May 19, 2023. Laquan was preceded in death by her brother Erick Brown, Jr. Laquan grew up in Jacksonville, Florida spending many
years and summers in Glennville, Georgia. She attended Tattnall County High School and later returned to Jacksonville where she attended Terry Parker High School. Laquan had many talents, but found her love in singing, music, and spending time with her sons, more than anything else. She loved fashion, make-up and spending time with her family and friends. As a free spirited individual, Laquan did not worry about societal norms. She could convert with anyone, despite the
subject. She was kind, funny and always followed the direction of her heart.
Laquan leaves the following loved ones behind to cherish many fond memories: her parents, Carrie A. Spearman and
Erick (Mae) Brown; children: Kayden Wilson, Jordan Mosley, and Josiah Mosley; sisters, Latoya Shumake and Danielle
McNear; brother, Dontay Collins; aunts: Cheryl Spearman and Helen Spearman, both of Jacksonville, FL, Diane Knight of Hinesville, GA, Priscilla Brown, Pamela Brown, and Tonya Brown, all of Glennville, GA.; Uncles:
Hercules (Shirley) Eason of Sanford, FL, Earl Brown of Reidsville, GA, and Terry (Lucille) Brown of Pooler, GA,
Timothy (Doris) Spearman, Raymond (Charlene) Spearman, Jeremiah Spearman, Levi Spearman, Gregory Spearman,
Wayne Spearman, and David Spearman, all of Jacksonville, GA; Grandmother, Eula Mae Calvin-Spearman; and host of
nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
