Life for Antonio Wilson began when he was born on November 6, 1969 in Savannah, Georgia. He was educated and graduated from Jeff Davis High School, class of 1989. He attended Okefenokee Tech where he received his commercial license in 1999. He later attended Central Georgia Technical College in Warner Robins, Georgia where he received his diploma in Aircraft Sheetmetal.
"Tony" as he was affectionately called was a great man, loving husband, devoted father who loved to sing. He was a founder of the male quartet. "The Angels of Echoes" and later he founded the "Sounds of Glory" Some of the members includes, James Eady, Willie Knox, Felton Buxton, Roy Jones, Anthony Harrell, Jermaine Person, Roscoe Burke, Greg Crawford, the late Roscoe Boyd, the late Ervin Jones, the late Larry Clemons, the late Clifford Chambers, the late Levern Vann and Jeff Brown, Jeffery Moore—Keyboard player.
On September 15, 2021, at the Houston Medical Center in Warner Robins, Georgia the Lord, in his infinite wisdom, released Tony from this earthly life and ushered him to his eternal rest. Though his life for his family seemed too short, he will through love and memories see forever near.
Antonio was proceeded in death by his parents, Louise and Russell Wilson, sister Patricia Wilson, grandparents, Joe and Clara Mae Jones, Eddie Wilson, Naomi Holt Wilson.
Left to cherish his memories are his beloved wife of 26 years, Sonya Wilson: his legacy will forever live in the lives of hos daughter Isabella L. Wilson, son Antonio D. Wilson Jr. all from Warner Robin, Georgia: one granddaughter; Nevaeh Wilson of Warner Robin, GA; five brothers, William (Lett) Wilson of Hazlehurst, GA, Charles (Amanda) Jones of Hazlehurst, GA, David R. (Tiffany) Wilson II of Maryland, Justin Wilson, Elmira, New York; four sisters: Shannon Wilson Roatz, Pine City, New York, Jaine Wilson, New Albany, PA, Emma Stebbins, Bainbridge, New York, Lakesha Wilson, Macon GA.
