He attended Telfair County School System and

went on to join the United States Army. He

worked as a Stevedore at the International

Longshoremen

's Association for man

until his retirement.

After retirement

, he opened Tomblin Nursery,

showcasing his green thumb by providing

beautiful floral arrangements to Southeast

Georgia for many years.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his
