In the quiet town Reidsville, Tattnall County, Georgia on April 25, 1986 at Tattnall Memorial Hospital, the world was blessed with the birth of Camekid Shanette Murphy born to the parents of Ethel J. Jinks and Johnny Murphy. Her arrived marked the beginning of a vibrant life filled with purpose, love and unwavering devotion to her family and friends.

She was resided in Glennville, Tattnall County, Georgia where she was affectionately known to many as "Shanette". She received her education in the public school system of Tattnall County. While in high school she started her first job at McDonald's in Glennville where she was employed for many years. She later started with Tattnall Hatchery Fries Farm also in Glennville where she was employed until her untimely demise.

At an early age Shanette's aspiration was to exhibit good Christian faith. She joined the Greater Zachariah Missionary Baptist Church, Glennville, Georgia under the leadership of Reverend C. L. Anderson.

God, in his divine sovereignty, dispatched his angels to received his precious jewel on Monday, July 21, 2025 at Evans Memorial Hospital in Claxton, Georgia.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Lamar Jinks; aunts; Linda Donnell, Mildred Sutton, Dorothy Murphy and Doris Roberts; uncles, Eddie, Bennie Lee and Johnnie Jinks, Ivy Jr., Robert, Samuel, Barney and Chester Murphy, James Fate; cousin, Wynette Jinks; and a nephew, Alex Jones.

Shanette's life, legacy and cherish-able memories will be remembered forever by her children; Ny'Aijhia (Kendrick Cain) Tootle, De'Braiizah Smith and Kashytn; her parents, Ethel J. Jinks and Johnny murphy; companion, Derek Smith; brothers, Christopher and Denson Jinks and Johnny Murphy; sisters, Amia (Mario) Prather, Jennifer (Wayne) Banks, Vonia Hardee, Salena (Peter) Alston; aunts, Linda Reynolds, Etwinda Murphy and Mattie Mobley; nieces, Tieyon Tigner, De'Miyah, Tabitha and Jasmine Jinks; nephews, Thyrone Pierson, Tallas Murphy, Mayo Murphy , Edward Mourphy, Alexander Jones, Mario Wyman, Johnny Wyman III, Ladaeson Hollins and Daniel Jinks; special cousins, Veretta Coley, Katandra Jones, Tiara Gamble, Balero Murphy, Leasia Coley and Kristic McMillian; best friends, Joni Johnson, Marquel and Marquita McNeal, Christina LeCounte and a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends.
