On October 22, 1952, Donnie Ray Webster was born to the parents of Lillie M. Webster Evans and Ulysses Norward.
He attended school in Reidsville, Georgia and Miami, Florida. After completing school, he enlisted in the United States Navy, where where he served for nine years and recieved an Honorable Discharge. While in the service, he was married to Lisa for a short period of time.
Donnie loved people and having long conversations. He also loved to travel. When he was younger, he did not get a chance to travel but as an adult, he did some travelling. Just not as much as he would have liked. He also loved family get togethers and meeting family members for the first time.
By trade, he was an electrician and his work included working for a ship builder in Philadelphia, PA.
He was preceded in death by an uncle, Bobby Murphy.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Lillie Webster Evans of Savannah, GA; his father, Ulysses Norward of Claxton, Georgia; three sisters,Karalue Evans and Phyllis Beckett, both of Savannah, Georgia and Jaquetta Norward Thomas of Detriot, Michigan; one brother, Brian Hudson of Savannah, Georgia; an uncle, David J. Norward, Jr.; an aunt, Deotha Jackson of Collins, Georgia; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
