Elizabeth Nunnally Brewton

Elizabeth Nunnally Brewton was born on December 18, 1946 to the late Mr. & Mrs. George Washington Nunnally. She departed this life on March 12, 2020 at Camellia Health & Rehabilitation Center of Claxton GA, Hospice Area, at 73 years of age. She was preceded in death by her brother Mr. George Nunnally, brother Mr. Clinton Nunnally, and a sister Mrs. Mattie Lou Cox. She was a member of Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church in Groveland, Georgia for many years. She accepted JESUS into her heart as her LORD and personal SAVIOUR. She grew up in a strong Christian home and had the fear of God and the Love of God operating in her heart. Elizabeth received her education in the Evans County Public School System in Claxton, Georgia. She was a dedicated worker, with excellent work ethics, at several job locations. She had a real, genuine, and sincere personality. She was married to Mr. Earl Brewton of Claxton GA. With this union, she had 2 children, Ms. Jeannie Ann (daughter) and Mr. Earl Dewayne Brewton (son). She was a loving and caring mother. She leaves to mourn her passing and to cherish her memories: her husband, Earl Brewton of Claxton, GA; one daughter, Jeannie Ann; one son, Earl DeWayne; one brother, Jeremiah (Gloria) Nunnally of Claxton, GA; one sister, LaVone (Thernell) Clark of Atlanta, GA; four sister-in-laws, Gloria Nunnally of Claxton, GA., Bettye Nunnally of Decatur, GA, Sallie Brewton Taylor of Claxton GA, and Fannie Brewton of Hinesville, GA; an ex daughter-in-law, Robin Brewton; and a host of nephews, nieces, family, and friends.
