Mr. Freddie Cooper, Sr., 80, passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at his resident.
He was a native of Tattnall County and lived in Kingsland, Ga. for many years and later relocating to Glennville, Ga. He was educated in the Tattnall County School System.
He is survived by his five daughters: Elizabeth Pryce (Woody) of Douglas, Ga., Hattie Lattimore (James) of Douglasville, Ga., Janie Bell of Valdosta, Ga., Nettie Cooper of Hinesville, Ga. and Sandra Cooper-Roberts (Ernest) of Columbia, S.C. Two sons: Freddie Cooper, Jr. of Reidsville, Ga. and J. Adrian Cooper of Fayetteville, North Carolina. Grandchildren: 23 grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren and one great - great granddaughter. One sister: Mrs. Georgia Mae Bynes of Manhattan, NY, neices, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 21, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. the First African Baptist Church with burial in the Macedonia Cemetery in Ludowici, Ga.
Wake services will be held Friday, January 20, 2012 from 7:00 - 8:00 at the chapel of King and Son's Funeral Home.

Mother Ollie Mae Dukes Lawrence, 69, passed away peacefully Saturday, January 21, 2012 at her resident in Brunswick, Ga.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at the Fishers of Men World Harvest Church, 905 K. and Norwich Street in Brunswick, Ga. at 1:00pm.
The body will lie in repose Saturday, January 28, 2012 at the church for viewing from 10:00 until the hour of service. There will be no viewing after service begin.
