Mr. Freddie Lee James was born on March 11, 1968, in Alamo, Georgia to the late Rufus and Lillie Mae James of Alamo, Georgia. Freddie departed on September 5, 2024, at The Hammack Hospital in Macon, Georgia.
Freddie graduated from Wheeler High School in Alamo, Georgia, in 1986. He served as the Resident Council President at the Southland Rehabilitation Center in Dublin, Georgia where he resided.
Freddie gave his life to the Lord in 2017. He loved to attend church, and music was his passion. He wrote a song: I want to go to heaven, alone with many other songs.
He leaves cherished memories with: his sisters, Rudeana Blackshear of Hazlehurst, Georgia, and Susie Jordan (Randy) of McRae, Georgia; Brothers Rufus James of Miami, Florida, and Teddie James (Bridgett) of Hazlehurst, Georgia; along with a host of nephews and nieces.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday September 14, 2024 at 3 pm in the chapel of King Brothers Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Committal service and burial will follow the service at the Hazlehurst Memorial Cemetery in Hazlehurst, GA.
