Gregory Bacon

Mr. Gregory Bacon, 50, of Reidsville, Ga. passed away Saturday, June 20, 2009 at the Tattnall Community Hospital in Reidsville, Ga. He is a native of Tattnall County a graduate of Reidsville High School and a member of Mt. Zion Baptish Church No.1 in Tyson, Ga. He is survived by one daughter Yaminah Bacon of Claxton, Ga. and four sons: Gregory Lashaun Bacon, Sr. and Cornelius (Latonya) Bacon both of Lyons, Ga., Damonta' Bacon of Claxton, Ga. and Brandon Bacon of Reidsville, Ga. and two grandchildren. His father Rudolph Bacon of Reidsville, Ga., and the late Mrs. Lubertha Bacon. Three brothers Rudolph Bacon, Jr. of Carson, California, Victor Bacon of Glennville, Ga. and Emory Bacon of Greenville, S.C. Five sisters Mrs. Regina Grubbs of Glennville, Ga., Ann Jinks of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., Mrs. Glenda McRae of Reidsville, Ga. , Mrs. Linda Randolph of Murphysboro, Tennessee and Carol Bacon of Snellville, Ga. A host of neices, nephews, aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held Saturday, June 27, 2009 at 1:00pm at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church No.1 in Tyson, Ga. with burial in the Robert Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday at King and Son's Funeral Home from 12:00 - 6:00 and the wake from 7:00 - 8:00. King and Son's Funeral Home of Glennville is in charge of arrangements.
