Mr. Hozell Smith Jr. age 62, passed away Friday, October 31, 2008 at Jeff Davis Hospital in Hazlehurst, GA. Visitation will be Friday November 7, 2008 at the funeral home from 11 am until 7 pm. Funeral service will be Saturday November 8, 2008 at 1 pm at Piney Grove Baptist Church in Hazlehurst, burial will follow in the church cermetery
