James Lee Fate

Mr. James Lee Fate, 83, of Glennville, Ga. departed this life on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at the Doctors Hospital in Reidsville, Ga. He was born to the late Hattie Brown and Jimmy Murphy on March 16, 1926 in Tattnall County. He was joined in Holy Matrimony to Mrs. Flora Mae Rawls in 1973. One son preceded him in death Jimmy Lee Fate. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Flora Mae Fate of Glennville, Georgia. Children: Eutawanda Wright, James Luther Fate, Wilbur Lee Fate, Cathalene Grant, Anna Marie Fate, Sharon Denise Day, Annette Deloris Daniel, Eloise Wanda Roberson, Johnny Lee Fate, Romena Johnson, Graylin Williams, Nathan Williams, Delaphine Nails, Matilda Robinson and Bernice Williams and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at Beulah #1 Baptist Church in Mendes, Ga. at 1:00 pm with burial in the Halltown Cemetery. No wake services. Visitation and viewing from 11:00am 7:00pm, Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at King and Son's Funeral Home in Glennville, Ga. King and Son's Funeral Home of Glennville, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
