The world welcomed the late James Kinlow, Jr. to life on March 2, 1916 in Montgomery County, Georgia. He was affectionately known as Uncle Pretty Boy. He was the 11th child of 12 children born to the late James Kinlow, Sr. and the late Lillian Lott Kinlow.
