Jeffery Alan Johnson

Jeffery A. Johnson departed this life on December 6th, 2019 while at Meadows Regional Medical Center in Vidalia, Georgia. He was born in Riverhead, New York on May 19th, 1955. He served 12 years in the Georgia National Guard. He earned the rank of Sgt/E5 in B-Btry 2030th FA in Reidsville, GA. He was employed with the Georiga Department of Corrections for 34 years and retired in 2010 from the Georgia State Prison as a Transfer Officer. He is survived by a loving wife Barbara Johnson, two sons Sherod and Taurean Johnson, his granddaughter Sequria Johnson, brother Michael (Brenda) Johnson, sisters, Linda Johnson, Regina Johnson William, Dionne Colwell, Phyllis Allen and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
