Jerome C. Neavins

Jerome C. Neavins,76, passed away Friday April 22, 2016. He worked for 30 years for the City of Treasure Island. He was the owner and operator of J.C. Neavins Seawall Company. He is survived by his wife, Martha Neavins; sons, Charles, Victor and Troy Neavins, Patrick Josey and Antonio Bates; daughters, Florine Milton, Lashanda Josey, Lawanda Josey, Oria Allen and Wyonia Oliphant, and sister Mamie Middleton as well as a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Viewing will be Thursday, April 28th, 5-8 with wake services at 6:30 p.m. at House of Praise and Blessings, 3100 1st Ave N, St. Petersburg 33713. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 30th at 2:00 pm at St. Matthews AME Church, 26 N.
