Jinnie Mae Chieves

Jinnie Mae Clemons Chieves was born January 14, 1952, to the late Mr. Earnest Sr and Lucille Clemons in Hazlehurst, GA. She attended the Appling/Jeff Davis County School System. She was employed with Amoco Fivers where she retired after 38 years of faithful service. She was a member, the Secretary and a Missionary of the House of Prayer by Faith in Lumber City, GA under the leadership of the late Bishop and Overseer Estella Love. During one crisp autumn day, September 19, 1971, she married her king, the late Frankie Chieves, Sr. and to this union, two Princess and one Prince were born. Jinnie loves to cook big meals for her family and to go shopping with her children. She departed her earthly life on Sunday, April 24, 2022, at the Lumber City Nursing Home. Preceding her in death are her husband, the late Frankie Chieves, Sr.; her parents, four brothers; Charles Clemons, Ronnie Clemons, Earnest Clemons, Jr., and James Clemons; and granddaughter Nataisa Coates. She leaves to cherish many laughter and fond memories to her children; Gidget (Stacy) McRae of Lumber City, GA, Bridgette (Anthony) Lawson of Lumber City, GA, and Frankie D. (Latosha) Chieves, Jr. of Hazlehurst, GA. Grandchildren; Demetria McRae, A'Kerian Lawson, Anthony Buchanan, Jayla Bennett, Aniyah White, Demarcus Mincey, and Aurtavia McRae. Great grands; Jason Worthen, Jr., Tymertius Worthen, Heiress McRae, JaQuan Smiley, Ja'Quavious Simpson, Chase Mincey, and Alayna Lawson, One sister; Evelyn Clemons of Hazlehurst, GA; Six brothers; Isaiah (Arwilton) of Birmingham, AL, Willie (Pastor Laura) Clemons, Sr. of Hazlehurst, GA, Tony (Stephanie) Clemons, Sr. of Kokomo, India, Eddie Clemons of Savannah, GA and Tommy and Delton Clemons of Hazlehurst, GA. Two sisters-in-law; Rosa Tobler of Lumber City, Ga and Annie Young of Atlanta, GA. Special friends of the family for many years, more like a daughter, Connise Robinson, and a son, Steve Simpson. A host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many loving friends.
