Katherine Jinks Middleton was born in Baxley, GA , August 12, 1935 to the late Mack Watson, Sr. and Addie Mae Watson. Early in life her family relocated to Glenn-ville, GA, where she resided until she was called home.
She attended the Tattnall County School System.
Katherine joined the Greater Zachariah Missionary Baptist Church, Glennville, GA
under the leadership of Rev. C. L. Ander-son. She served in many capacity in the church but, most noticeably the Deaconess Ministry and Mission Ministry.
She held many positions over the years but, all of had one common factor caring for others. Katherine was an outgoing and made life long friends wherever she went.
She loved Jesus, her children, grandchildren and other family. She will be remembered for kindness, her humor and her generosity. She was truly a beautiful soul.
She was preceded in death by her siblings, Annie Harvey, Alice Futch, John Henry, Jodi Watson, Mike Watson, Ada Johnson and Henry WatsonShe is survived by her children: Brenda Richardson(Joe), Cathalene Grant(Hilton), Wilbert Watson and Sharon Day
all of Glennville, GA., Bennie L. Coley, Anna Marie Fate, Eloise W. Fate and John-ny L. Fate all of Dothan AL. Annette D. Stallworth of Macon, GA She will be missed al-so by her numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Special cousins, Ella Oglesbee Jones, Mary Linda Eason and Cora Lee Hagan; her god-daughter, Sheila Nails Bryant and a dear nephew Mike Wat-son, Jr. and many friends will miss her dearly, also.
