Linda Marie Ross

Linda Marie Ross was born in Glennville, Georgia on August 2, 1953 to the late Winner Teasdell Ross and Theodore Ross. She departed this life on September 23, 2019. Linda graduated from Glennville High School in 1972. She furthered her education at Savannah State College Savannah, Georgia, After graduating she was employed at Claxton Poultry in Claxton, Georgia. Linda was a certified Notary Public. She was a member of Little Rock Church, Glennville, Georgia. Linda was a kind and caring person with a heart of gold. She enjoyed watching western television shows and completing word search puzzles. She will be remembered for trying to make you laugh and going above and beyond: giving her last to help anyone. Two brothers preceded her in death: Sylvester Ross and Roy Chester Ross. She is survived by eight sisters: Ernestine Hampton of Troy, New York, Ruby Ross, Ethel Sellers and Laura Ross of Savannah, GA. Lillian Grant of Glennville, GA. Melissa (Eduardo) Goode, Angel (Larry) Moody, and Nancy (Bobby) Stewart of Fayetteville, North Carolina. One brother, Joey Ross of Dallas, Texas. One Aunt, Bernice Teasdell of Baltimore, Maryland. One sister-in-law Maggie Vaughn of Brunswick, GA. Special nieces that were very near and dear to her, Casma, Akeyia and Robyn Shaw, Rashonda Bacon and Dymari Ross. Special nephews that were close to her, Kenneth Collins, Timothy Hill, and LaVar Goode. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
