View Video Mrs. Mae Hilton Ford, 77, passed away Friday, May 1, 2009 at the Ogeechee Area Hospice Center in Statesboro, Ga. after an extended illness. She was a member of Holy Temple Pentecostal Church in Glennville, Ga. where she served as the Mother of the Church. She leaves to cherish her memories: Six sons - Bishop Wallace (Gertie) Grant, Lefane (Bridgett) Reynolds, Bishop Kenny (Cynthia) Reynolds, Curtis Ford and Sam Ford all of Glennville, Ga. and Michael Brown of Statesboro, Ga., Ten daughters - Mrs. Lavern (Raymond) Williams, Mrs. Brenda (Rudolph) Reynolds both of South Bay, Florida, Sandra Reynolds of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Mrs. Eva Mae (Grady) Johnson, Mrs. Elease (William) Bacon, Lillie Ann Ford, Regina Ford, Mrs. Priscilla (Jeffery) Sanders, and Linda Gail Ford all of Glennville, Ga. and Marie Wright of New York. 35 grandchildren and a host of great grand children. Two brothers Stanley and Hilton Grant, Jr. both of Glennville, Ga. and three sisters Mrs. Catherine Johnson of Walthourville, Ga., Mrs. Ruby (Pete) Johnson and Dorothy Grant both of Glennville, Ga. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 9, 2009 at 11:00 am at the White Pine Holiness Church in Glennville, Ga. with burial in the Robert Chapel Cemetery in Tyson, Ga. Visitation will be held Friday, May 8, 2009 at King and Son's Funeral Home from 1:00 - 6:00 and the wake from 6:00-8:00.
