Montalve Michele Wolfork better known as Tab was born on December 18, 1963 to the late Milton Wolfork and Bertha Dukes in Clermont FL. He graduated from Groveland High School in Groveland FL, known as the Groveland Green Backs class of 1982. He attend First Missionary Baptist Church in Groveland FL., Later in life he moved to Lumber City Ga where he met and married Jacqueline Tobler Wolfork. He attend the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church in Lumber City, GA under the leadership of Rev. Charles Anderson Sr. where served as an usher. Tab has worked in several areas of Georgia. His last job was with the Waldon Construction Company of Thomasville, GA. He retired in 2023. He passed away on March 22, 2025 at the Lumber City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lumber City, GA
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 34 years Jacqueline Wolfolk of Lumber City, GA. One daughter Vanecia Harris of Orlando, FL., Two sons Gary Tobler and Maurice Tobler. Two sisters Tamikeo Adetoro of Upper Malboro, MD., and Sherida Greene of Atlanta, GA., Three brothers Theodore Dukes of Lauderhill, FL., Lawrence Dukes of Orlando, FL., and Kelvin Wolfolk of Melborne, FL., and a host of other relatives and friends.
