Sandra Kay Davis

This sad day, April 16, 2021, we announce the passing of Sandra K. Davis after a short illness as she was surrounded by family. We will have viewing and service for friends and family on Saturday April 24, 2021 at King and Son's Funeral Home located in Glennville Georgia located on the corner of Georgia Highway 301 and Highway 196. Sandra was born in the home built by Roy and Dorthy Bass on September 28, 1952. She remained in Auburndale Florida until she met her husband, Richard A. Davis of 49 years. They traveled across the United States and Europe, raising three sons in the process until they settled in Hinesville, Georgia where they retired. Their Journey had taken them to Canada, France, Austria, Former East Germany, and Germany. Her greatest passions are her Grand-Children, the Wild West, Summer Sun and Reading. She is survived by her 3 sons, Timothy (Tim) Davis of Hinesville Georgia, Shawn Davis of Douglasville Georgia, James Davis of Box Elder S. Dakota, her siblings Royce Bass, Barbara Ackley, Robert Bass of Auburndale Florida, and Sharon Swearengin of Bartow Florida along with a dozen nieces and nephews and five Grandchildren. She is preceded by Her Husband Richard Davis, Father Roy Bass, Mother Dorthy Bass, and Sister Bonnie Cleveland.
