Sharhonda Laqua Harvey

SHARHONDA L. HARVEY, 31, went home to be with the Lord on January 25, 2025. She was a beloved daughter, mother, niece, and friend, whose bright light will forever be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Born on March 17, 1993, Sharhonda was the loving daughter of Annette Harvey and Ronald Harvey, and a devoted mother to her precious son Kayden Harvey. Sharhonda brought joy to every room she entered with her infectious laughter, warm spirit, and kind heart. Her love for her child was boundless, and her family was everything to her.

Sharhonda approached everything she did with dedication and a smile. In her short time with us, she touched many lives and will be remembered for her compassion, generosity, and the love she shared with those around her.

Sharhonda was a graduate of Tattnall County High School in 2012. There she had an abundance of friends who poured into her life and left a lasting impression. She would often attend True Born Holiness Church in Midway, Georgia with her son and good friend Tasha Jones. It was important to Sharhonda to surround Kayden with positive influences that will help shape him into a smart, strong, and confident man.

Sharhonda was preceded in death by her grandparents; Doris Futch, John Harvey, Jr. and Helen Harvey.

Chris (Monica) Johnson, Hercules Mobley, Michael Mobley, Edward (Connie) Coleman, John Wayne (Pearla) Harvey, Stacy Harvey; three aunts Nicole Jones, Diane (James) Roberts, Debra (Rodcliff) Cox; three nephews, Zamarion Grant, Azavior Grant, and Zamond Grant; two nieces, Zayla Grant and Zalair Grant; Godmother Karen Dunson; God sister Shanica Dunson; special friends Dira Grant, Joyce Tootle, Alisha Arthur, Dynasty Jones, and Andrea McNeal who diligently encourages Kayden to stay focused and do his best at school; cousins, and friends.
