Sherry Lashell "Pam" Jones

Sherry Jones was born on April 1, 1965, in Hazlehurst, Ga, to Nancy Mae Sailem and Nathan Jones. She attended Jeff Davis High School. She worked for Hazlehurst Court Care and Rehabilitation Center in Hazlehurst. Her enjoyment in life was fishing, traveling, and music.

She is preceded in death by her parents; grandparents, Henry Jones and Mary Jones of Hazlehurst, GA; parents, Nancy Mae Sailem and Nathan Jones of Hazlehurst, GA; auntie Geneva Harris (James Harris), two uncles Joshua Jones and Bubba Jones of Hazlehurst, GA; her sister Barbara Sailem; and two nephews, Markee Sailem and Belly Sailem of Hazlehurst, GA.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her children Jackie Jones of Ashford, AL, Santana Jones of Douglas, GA, and Elizabeth Jones of Ashford, AL; 5 grandchildren: Jazzmen Jones and Sharize Hansley of Douglas, GA, Miyana Jones, Meashya Jones and Marcos Jones of Ashford, AL; 3 great grandchildren: Amina Jones, Achilles Jones, and Amias Jones of Douglas, GA; stepfather Bobby Sailem, Sisters; Hannaha Sailem, Stephanie Jones and host of sisters and brothers; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
