Terry Lee Wilson

Terry (Gibson) Wilson was born to Willie and Mildred Gibson on March 29, 1951. He was raised by his grandparents, Tyree and Maeola Wilson. He attended the Wayne County School System Terry worked for Rayonier Mill in Jesup, Georgia for over 25 years and he was also employed at Claxton Poultry.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents, Tyree (Maeola) Wilson, Willie Braggs, and Clifford Gibson.

He leaves to cherish fond memories: his wife, Gloria Toomes Wilson; two sons, Leondre Tyree Freeman of Jesup, Georgia and Tony (Cheryl) Norris of Orlando, Florida; two daughters, Selena (Jacob) Williams of Savannah, Georgia and Monifah Hurt of Killen, Texas; 13 grandchildren; one great grandchild; five sisters, Shirley Johnson and Rutina Gibson of Glennville, Georgia, Carlene Bacon of Atlanta, Georgia, Cynthia (Wallace) Tillman and Linda Faye Hardy of Jesup, Georgia; three brothers, Willie (Carolyn) Gibson of Glennville, Georgia, Willie (Faye) Brooks of Brunswick, Georgia, and Freddie Lee Brooks of Cleveland, Tennessee; four stepchildren, and a friend like a brother, Willie Stewart; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.
