Thurcarl Bernard Stephens

Thurcarl Bernard Stephens was born on April 30,1966 in Jeff Davis County to the late William Franklin and Janie Mae Stephens. His early education was in Hazlehurst but his later years were spent in Baxley, Georgia. He passed away on September 14,2006, in Baxley, Georgia. He leaves to cherish his memories : one brother, William Leon Stephens of Garden City, GA; five sisters, Madie Ann Banks of Starch, FL, Claudette Dennis and Bert Tobler both of Hazlehurst, GA; one uncle, Arthur Tobler of Wheeler County; and a host of cousins ,nieces, nephews, and friends.
