Mr. William Michael (Winkle) Collins 53, of Glennville, Ga. passed away at Friday, April 23, 2010. He is a native of Tattnall County and a 1975 graduate of Glennville High School. He was employed at the Glennville Hatchery in Glennville, Ga. He was a former member of the First Christian Church in Glennville, Ga.
He was preceded in death by his parents Fred Collins and Reba Campton. One sister-in-law Shirley Ann Tootle Santiego and three brothers-in-law Leon and Terry Tootle and Norris Bell.
He is survived by his wife Mrs. Patricia T. Collins of Glennville, Ga. , daughter Mandy Royer of Duluth, Ga., grandson Max Royer of Duluth, Ga., god-son Jarvis LIndsey of Glennville, Ga., step-mother Mrs. Sarah Swindell, brother Fred Collins, Jr. and two sisters Elvie Powell and Sarah Kathy Collins all of Glennville, Ga., neice Lisa Duffany and nephews Barry Braddock and Chris Collins all of Glennville, Ga. one uncle Edsel Sikes of Glennville, Ga.. His mother-in-law Mrs. Mildred Tootle Lee of Glennville, Ga. and his father-in-law Printis Tootle of Trenton, NJ., Two sisters-in-law Equindia Young of and Carlotta Bell both of Trenton, NJ. Two brothers-in- law Jesses Tootle of Dover Delaware and James Wesly Tootle of Cleveland, Ohio, his best friend (E-Rob) Ervin Roberts of Glennville, Ga. and a host of other relatives and friends.
Wake services will be held Saturday, May 1, 2010 from 6:00-8:00pm at the chapel of King and Son's Funeral Home in Glennville, Georgia and the burial ceremony will be private.
