William (Bill) Jordan

Minister William "Bill" Jordan, age 74, of Glennville, GA passed away peacefully on Monday, July 23, 2018 at home in Glennville, GA He was born on December 24, 1943 in Glennville, GA to the parentage of the late Lucious Jordan and late Sally M. Fair Jordan. He was united in Holy Matrimony to Madeline Futch on April 19, 1965 for 53 wonderful years. To this union two loving daughters and a little handsome son were born. He was educated in the Tattnall County School System. He loved farming and truck driving. He was preceded in death by his father Lucious Jordan, mother Sally Jordan, son William Jordan, Jr., and a brother Wilbert Jordan. He leaves to cherish his memories a loving and caring wife Madeline Jordan of Glennville, GA; two daughter Sally Ann Horne (Glenn) of McDonough, GA , Marilyn Jordan Woodruff (Kenneth) of Glennville, GA; two granddaughters Airiel Ward (Greg) of Jonesboro, GA, Raven Lopez (Manuel) of Morrow, GA; three grandsons Reo De'mario Buckley of Orangeburg, SC, Phillip L. Anderson II of Fort Valley, GA, and Demetrious Anderson of Barnesville, GA; two great grandsons Colson Ward and Ethan Ward of Jonesboro, GA; two god daughters Shemieka Fair Tumblin (Rodrick), and Candice Jinks Boggs; three god grandsons Rodrick Tumblin, Jr, Ezra Lee Tumblin, and Ky-ellis Tumblin; four sisters Ruth Champman, Rebecca Mincey, Carolyn Cook (Elder William), and Mildred Mincey all of Glennville, GA; One brother Rev. Clarence Jordan of Glennville, GA; one aunt Janie Jinks of Glennville, GA; one uncle George Fair (Katherine) of Bartow, FLA; A mother-in-law whom he adored Ollie Mae Porter of Glennville, GA; three sister –in-laws Earlene Oglesbee (Gene) of Glennville , GA, Sharon Frazier (Johnny) of Ludowici, GA, and Sylvia Andrews (Rev Dr. Dexter) of Hinesville, GA; two brother-in-laws Charles Futch (Linda) of Hinesville, GA, and Senevice Porter (Joy) of Glennville, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends
