Wornie Wilcox Cummings

Mrs. Wornie Wilcox Cummings, 90 of Glennville, Ga. departed this life on Thursday, December 19, 2008 at Evans Memorial Hospital in Claxton, Ga. She is a native of Long County and resided in Tattnall County. She was a member of Zion Temple Church of Christ , 413 Jackson Street in Glennville, Ga. She was preceded in death by her loving husband John Henry Cummings, Sr. She leaves to cherish her memories 14 children, numerous grands and great grands, one brother and sister-in-law, and a host of relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00pm on Friday, December 26, 2008 at Zion Temple Church of Christ. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 27, 2008 at 11:00am at Zion Temple Church of Christ, 413 Jackson Street, Glennville, Ga. with burial in the St. Thomas Baptist Church Cemetery in Ludowici, Ga. King and Son's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
